The opening date for a city suburb's new "state of the art" pavilion has been revealed.
The Jubilee Centre is a multi-purpose facility located in St Giles Park, Cringleford, which when completed will consist of a sports hall, football pitches and a nursery.
It will greatly expand the parish's facilities once opened in November, according to village officials, who say the project has been four years in the making.
Plans to meet increased demand for public amenities in the growing community with a new centre were first put to paper in 2020, and official proposals were lodged in August 2022.
Funding for the project was secured - £1.8m from community infrastructure levies, £800,000 from South Norfolk Council and £650,000 from developers contribution from developers - allowing work to begin.

The project was overseen by Big Sky Living, the developers of the St Giles Park housing development, which hoped construction could start in early 2023 with the building opening by the end of the year.
But the developer failed to appoint a contractor in time for this deadline and the expected completion was pushed to April 2024.
Four years and £3m later, the parish council has said the centre will officially open next month.

The sports hall will have two badminton courts which can also be used for volleyball and netball, as well as changing rooms and outdoor five-a-side football pitches.
A nursery school with 30 places will also use part of the building.
South Norfolk cabinet member, Lisa Neal said: "This new facility underlines South Norfolk Council's determination to deliver essential infrastructure at the same time as housing delivery, showing the benefits of growth."
Cringleford is one of Norfolk's fastest-growing communities and is expected to double its population over the next decade.
"I believe the Jubilee Centre will be a fantastic new resource for people living in and around the village."
