One of the region's largest mental health charities is on the hunt for a new permanent chief executive after its boss left his post earlier in the summer.
Pete Boczko, chief executive of Norfolk and Waveney Mind, has resigned after more than three-and-a-half years in the post.
Appointed in January 2021, Mr Boczko has left the charity to pursue a new career in business transformation.
John Ingham, director of finance at the organisation, said: "Within Pete's time with the charity we have delivered our five REST hubs, providing drop-in mental health support around Norfolk, our short stay recovery houses and our enhanced recovery work service.
"We are grateful to Pete for his leadership during this time of expansion and change and are saddened by his departure.
"We wish him all the best for the future."
Sonja Chilvers has been appointed interim CEO, but the organisation is set to start recruiting for a permanent replacement in due course.
Mr Ingham added: "We are pleased to confirm Sonja Chilvers has stepped into the role.
"It is expected that the recruitment process will begin in the autumn, with the post being filled by spring 2025."
