After a successful restaurant launch this summer, more exciting food and drink plans have been revealed for a Norfolk estate.
The Copse opened in the parkland at the 5,000-acre Raynham Estate, near Fakenham, in July 2024 and it is a ticket-only venue with a two-day dining event every month.
So far, they have all featured chef George Wood from award-winning Norwich restaurant Brix & Bones and he cooks over fire.
The next event at The Copse, in a building clad with estate-felled wood, runs from September 19 to 20 with a four-course menu.
Lord Tom Raynham, CEO, said: "Our first two events have been a great success.
"We have two more this year in September and October and in 2025 we will carry on doing monthly curated events from around Easter onwards but with more chefs involved.

"We also want to utilise produce from the estate, including beef, game and venison."
Also at the estate, the Wild Meadow Glamping site with luxury yurts, which opened in 2020, had a "strong year" with lots of returning guests.
But the diversification strategy does not stop there, with plans in the pipeline to create a food and drink destination.
A "well-established" brewery, with its identity currently under wraps, is scheduled to open at the site in summer 2025.
The building is now being built and it will boast a taproom.

A planning application has also been submitted for a farm shop, which, if approved, will be run by a third party and open in 2026.
Lord Raynham added: "Where we are located is the gateway to north Norfolk and we are an ideal stopping point.
"All these different elements are like cogs in a wheel to enhance the experience for our visitors."
