A Grade II-listed Georgian cottage close to north Norfolk's "champagne coast" is up on sale for £895,000.
Skeet Cottage is a four-bed property in Burnham Market that has previously been used as a holiday let and a family's own "home away from home".
This is not an uncommon practice for the village, which has been dubbed "Chelsea-on-Sea" due to the number of Londoners who have purchased second homes there.
Throughout the cottage, there are nods to local history such as the kitchen and dining room floors which were crafted from bricks fired in the Holkham Estate kilns.
The kitchen also features traditional exposed beams.

The land originally held two homes which have merged over the last two centuries.
This means Skeet Cottage has two reception rooms at its front and two separate staircases, one at either end of the house.
The two bedrooms on the second floor have their own staircase each but with an interconnecting door, making it perfect for children's bedrooms.
There are also two bathrooms - a family bathroom upstairs and a separate washroom on the ground floor.
To the rear, there is a south-facing courtyard garden that is described by the agents as "fully enclosed, safe and a proper sun trap".
Skeet Cottage, which is being listed with Sowerbys, sits just a stone's throw from the village green and close to the River Burn.
