Model, actress and presenter Kelly Brook enjoyed a scenic boat trip while on a Norfolk coast getaway.
She posted snaps to her 1.3 million Instagram followers from her recent holiday with her husband Jeremy Parisi and dog Teddy.
They took a chartered trip on a traditional wooden fishing boat under sail in the Stiffkey area, near Wells.

She posted: "Thank you Coastal Exploration Company and our skipper Colin Howell, always the best days sailing with you.
"Cromer crab lunch on a mussel flat through Stiffkey salt marshes.
"We spotted white egrets, marsh harriers, curlews and common seals.
"Jeremy and Colin saw a pup in Stonemeal Creek and then we all spotted an adult seal in Cabbage Creek."

Brook and Parisi are currently starring in BBC One's Celebrity Race Across the World, which airs on Wednesdays at 9pm.
In the latest series, the pairs are tasked with travelling from Brazil to Chile in South America.
Their budget is the price of a one-way plane ticket to the final destination, but they are not allowed to travel by air.
