A derelict hotel near Norfolk's border with Lincolnshire could be turned into homes.
Developer API Ltd has applied to convert the Bridge Hotel, beside the River Nene at Sutton Bridge, into 15 flats.
The building, which has stood empty for years, was damaged by a serious fire in 2016.
A planning statement says: "The building has not been maintained over recent years and areas are now in a state of disrepair.
"This design would bring the building back into use and ensure its long term maintenance.
"The proposal will improve the views of the site from the street scene, and windows will be reopened where they are currently boarded up."
The hotel stands close to the main A17, near the Cross Keys Swing Bridge and the Norfolk border.
A decision is expected later this year.
