Two people have been charged with failing to control a Rottweiler dog called Chunky, after it bit someone on a walk.
Levi Drake, 65, and Lucille Drake, 62, of Serpentine Lane in Stratton Strawless, appeared jointly in the dock at Norwich Magistrates’ Court.
Both faced a single charge of being in charge of a dangerous and out-of-control dog that caused injury.
Levi Drake, who was walking the black and brown Rottweiler when the incident happened in Stratton Strawless on March 18, pleaded guilty.
Lucille Drake pleaded not guilty to the charge that related to her being the owner of the dog, and failing to ensure it was under control.

David Foulkes, representing both, applied for the charges to be dropped against her as she was not with the dog at the time of the incident.
Rose Edwin, prosecuting, said the bitten victim would need to be consulted before a decision was taken.
She said the prosecution would also be seeking a dog control order.
Magistrates adjourned the case until October 10.
