Emergency services have been called to the A47 after a car was involved in a collision with a mobility scooter in a town centre.
Police were called just before 1.30pm to reports of a crash on Katwijk Way in Lowestoft.
Suffolk police have confirmed an elderly man has been injured in the incident.
An ambulance crew is at the scene.
The extent of injuries is currently unknown.
Traffic is building in the area.
