A listed office building in a town's historic quarter is set to be turned back into a home.
West Norfolk Council has agreed plans to convert the property on Chapel Street, in King's Lynn.
A planning officer's report said Number 78, near St Nicholas Chapel, has been empty since the Covid pandemic in 2020.
"The owners have marketed the building as offices but have been unable to sell it," it adds.

"The owners would like to have the consents in place for a change of use to residential to make the building more attractive and marketable to potential purchasers."
The report says a number of nearby listed buildings have also been converted back to residential use in recent years, proving there is a need for homes in the town centre.
Grade II listed Number 78 was part of a terrace built in the late 18th century on what was then known as Listergate.
It was converted into offices in the mid-20th century.
