A man died after he ended up in the water during a late-night boat trip on the Norfolk Broads.
The man, who is in his 20s, is understood to have been on Wroxham Broad with friends on a launch shortly before midnight on Friday when the tragedy happened.
It is unclear how he ended up in the water and if he fell in.
People in the area say he may have got in for a swim and did not return to the vessel.
They say voices could be heard calling for him in the dark and the emergency services were called at around 11.30pm.
A search operation was launched and continued the following day, involving the police, fire service and coastguard.
Photographs taken at the scene on Saturday morning show a large emergency services presence in the area.
The broad - one of the largest on the waterways - was closed, along with its car park, throughout the weekend as the efforts continued.
In an update on social media on Sunday morning, the Broads Authority said that it remained shut to all craft.
Police said that the man's body was found at around 2.15pm on Sunday. His next of kin have been informed.
In a statement, police said they had been responding to reports that the man had "entered the water from a boat and did not resurface".
They added: "His death is currently being treated as unexplained but is not believed to be suspicious."
Wroxham Broad is a major centre for leisure and tourism and Norfolk Broads Yacht Club is based there.
It suspended its activities over the weekend while vessels on the River Bure, which passes the Broad, were stopped from entering.
