A market town hotel, restaurant and pub has gone on sale for £1.75m.
With the current owners choosing to move on, the White Hart Hotel in Hingham has been listed for sale.
The Market Place site advertises itself as a boutique hotel and country dining pub set in a medieval building in the heart of the town.
The hotel is made up of five individually designed ensuite rooms as well as outbuildings which, subject to planning permission, could be converted to even more rooms.

The current owners are selling the business as a going concern, to a buyer who can continue to run the hotel and pub similar to its current state, with the site not closing down.
The hotel is being offered on a freehold basis and is being marketed by Fleurets.
Mark Phillips, senior associate at Fleurets, said: “The White Hart Hotel, while family-owned is predominantly run by a committed and established team.
"Situated in a prominent position within the centre of the market town, the business has been run by the current owners since 2015 and is now being offered for sale due to other business commitments.
"Open all year, and benefiting from both commercial and leisure trade, this opportunity would ideally suit an existing operator who is looking to expand their portfolio.”
