An air ambulance crew landed on a busy beach after a runner suffered a cardiac arrest.
A crowd of onlookers gathered on the esplanade as the East Anglian Air Ambulance landed near Claremont Pier in Lowestoft.
The runner was on the promenade when they got into difficulty on Saturday morning.
After just completing a 5km themselves and on their way to work, RNLI lifeguards Luke Barton and Oliver Owen sprang into action with help from Vicki Grace, Owen Webster and Rose Webster who all arrived at the scene.
The lifeguards worked alongside the ambulance service to help treat the runner.
An area of the beach was cleared as the air ambulance landed to transport the patient to hospital.

"We encourage the public to come to a lifeguarded beach, you can have peace of mind knowing that we are patrolling the area to keep you safe.
"You can ask us about the sea conditions and tides of the day, we are there if you have any questions or injuries or if you need to be rescued."
