The A11 was closed for several hours overnight while emergency services attended a serious crash.
The northbound carriageway was closed near Attleborough for around seven hours while a crash investigation was carried out.
National Highways said at 11.30pm on Wednesday that the carriageway was closed between the B1111 at Larling and the B1077 at Attleborough following a "serious collision".

Diversion routes were put in place while the road was closed.
At about 6.15am National Highways confirmed that investigation and recovery work had taken place and the northbound carriageway had reopened.
The number of vehicles involved and the extent of any injuries is not yet clear.
