A man has denied taking sexual images of a woman in her bedroom without her knowledge after sneaking into her home.
Gino Louis, 55, is also accused of threatening to send the sexually compromising images to the school where the woman works.
Great Yarmouth Magistrates’ Court was told it was alleged he had also threatened to disclose the images on TikTok.
His actions were alleged to have had a “profound effect” on the woman, the court was told.
Louis, of Middlegate in Great Yarmouth, pleaded not guilty to voyeurism in relation to the taking of images at a property in the Suffolk coastal village of Walberswick on June 23 last year.
He did not enter pleas to two charges of threatening to disclose private sexual photos with intent to cause distress.
Rob New, representing Louis, said he denied there had been a lack of consent and that the images had been taken with her knowledge.
Magistrates declined jurisdiction and committed him to stand trial at Ipswich Crown Court with a preliminary hearing on September 11.
He was given unconditional bail.
