A man has been arrested on suspicion of drink driving following a crash which closed the A47.
The single-vehicle collision at Tilney All Saints near King's Lynn happened at 7.30am today.
The road was closed until 8.50am while emergency services attended the scene.
A man aged in his 50s was taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in King's Lynn for further care.
He was also arrested on suspicion of drink driving and transferred to King’s Lynn Police Station for questioning, where he remains.
