A section of the A47 has reopened following a single-vehicle collision.
The crash happened at 7.30am on the A47 at Tilney All Saints, just outside King's Lynn.
The road was closed while emergency services attended the scene and an eyewitness reported that traffic was at a "standstill".
A man in his 50s was taken to Queen Elizabeth Hospital in King's Lynn for further care.
The road reopened shortly before 9am.
