Thousands of people flocked to a Norfolk estate for Bear Grylls' festival over the weekend and it will return in 2025. 

Gone Wild Festival took place in the grounds of Holkham Hall for the first time from August 8 to 11.

The headline music acts were Example, Scouting for Girls, Sam Ryder, Dick & Dom (DJ set), Reef and McFly.

There was also family entertainment, from the likes of Horrible Histories and Dinomania, and a whole host of activities - from tree climbing to raft building.

Grylls said: "It has been amazing to witness the energy of Gone Wild at Holkham, where families from all over the country have been able to spend time together getting back to nature."

Oli Mason, co-founder of Gone Wild and former Holkham employee, said: "Holkham Hall has delivered as an amazing venue and we can’t wait to come back next year."

There were 9,500 people at the event, with the 2025 dates confirmed as August 7 to 10 - early bird tickets are available at norfolk.gonewildfestival.com

Gone Wild Festival also takes place at Powderham Castle in Devon.
