Drivers in Norwich are set to face disruption while a busy bridge undergoes maintenance work.
Carrow Bridge will be closed from 7pm to 5am on August 22 and 7pm to 5am on August 23.
Due to the work being weather-dependent, it may be postponed and carried out the following weekend from 7pm to 5am on August 29 and 7pm to 5am on August 30.
The road will need to be closed to all vehicles while the work is carried out.

It will also need to remain closed once the repairs have been completed to allow sufficient time for the repair materials to cure before reopening.
The work follows a timber deck monitoring inspection which identified several defects in the decking, which forms the road surface over the lifting spans, and it needs urgent repair.
A signed diversion route will be in place and pedestrian access across the bridge will be maintained at all times.
The repairs will cost an estimated £20,000 and will be carried out by Norfolk County Council’s Infrastructure Department and its contractors.
