A "rare opportunity" to own 11 acres of Norfolk woodland has arisen as the space goes under the hammer.
The mature wood contains a whole range of nature with several species of trees and is near the River Thet.
Set just off Sandy Lane in the village of Rockland All Saints, five miles west of Attleborough, the area offers an opportunity to manage woodland and continue to upgrade the space.

Going under auction with Auction House East Anglia, a spokesman said: "There are many benefits from owning woodland including tax advantages.
"After two years of ownership, commercially managed woods qualify for 100pc inheritance tax relief and timber sales are free of income tax and capital gains tax."
The area in Breckland is going to auction on September 11 with a guide price of £70,000 to £90,000.
