A popular event in a north Norfolk village returns for its 50th anniversary this summer and it promises to be bigger and better than ever.
The Langham Street Fayre was founded in 1974 by Myrtle Newman, who was the landlady of The Blue Bell pub at the time.
It has run every two years since then, except for 2020 during the Covid pandemic, and the 2024 event is on Saturday, August 24.

The event starts at 10am and the main street running through the village will be closed to traffic.
Expect craft stalls, traditional games, live music, a fun dog show, a tractor and classic car display, a raffle, street food vendors, a barbecue and a bar.

This will run until around 4pm and, after a short break, there will be live music in the street from 6.30pm featuring the Blakeney Old Wild Rovers and Night Train.
The event is free to attend, with car parking, which will be signposted, for £3 a car.
All funds raised on the day will go to local charities and causes and it is recommended to bring some cash.
