From road closures to a new business venture, here are five public notices to be aware of in Norfolk this week.
1. National Trust application
The National Trust has applied to the Marine Management Organisation for a licence to start building the long-awaited £250,000 footbridge at Stiffkey.
In March 2022, when the National Trust first removed the original bridge, the charity said it had no plans to replace it, but later announced it would be building a new one after coming under pressure from campaigners.
According to the National Trust, works are most likely to take place between September 23 and November 8 this year.
2. Welney Road closure
A1101 Wash Road in Welney is due to close for two weeks of resurfacing work from August 19.
TheThe stretch of road became infamous over the winter period after being submerged underwater for a record 12 weeks with locals sent on a lengthy 22-mile diversion.
A spokesman for Norfolk County Council said: "The resurfacing work aims to reduce future maintenance and ensure a smoother running surface.
"Access to properties will be maintained throughout, however, there may be some delays during the daytime when works are taking place."

3. New takeaway restaurant
A new pizza place has been approved for a town high street to replace a former stationary shop.
Plans for a takeaway in 40 Market Street in Wymondham have been given the go-ahead by South Norfolk Council after three months of deliberation.
The proposed business is part of a franchise called Caprinos and would "promote healthier oven-baked food in comparison to Greggs, Subway or Dominos" according to a planning statement.
4. Road closure
Drivers in Norwich will be sent on a 20-minute diversion later this month due to a road closure.
Mousehold Lane in Norwich will be closed in the eastbound direction from the Salhouse Road junction until the Sprowston Road roundabout on August 18.
An official diversion advises going on a nine-mile trip via the NDR taking around 20 minutes.
5. New hospital centre
Planning permission has been granted for a new multi-million-pound orthopaedic centre to help cut waiting times for several routine procedures.
Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital has unveiled plans for the new £29.5 million site to increase the number of knee, hip, shoulder, ankle and foot surgeries and boost the hospital's bed capacity.
The new Norfolk and Norwich Orthopaedic Centre will be built on the southern part of the Colney site, on land formerly making up part of the car park.
