A lifestyle store in a north Norfolk town has new owners, who are planning to offer workshops.
Couple Chris Taylor, 52, and Leanne McColm, 42, who live in Sheringham, are now at the helm of Make Holt.
It is inside the Grade II-listed Shirehall building, located opposite Byfords, which dates back to the 1700s and served as a prominent public building over the years.
Make Holt is on the ground floor, with the Shirehall Apartments upstairs, and it was founded in 2020 by Aviva Leigh.

It showcases the work of more than 50 local artists, designers and makers.
The products for sale include ceramics, glass, textiles, paintings, prints, artwork, candles, books, hand-turned wooden vessels and greeting cards.
Mr Taylor spent ten years as a pupil at Gresham's School in Holt from 1980 to 1990 and he is a well-established professional photographer and filmmaker.
He is a member of the Sheringham Shantymen and his prints have been stocked in Make Holt for the last six months.
Ms McColm is also a professional photographer, with a keen eye for design, and she will manage the shop's daily operations.
The couple are both members of the RNLI Sheringham Lifeboat crew.
They will build on the success of Make Holt, with new additions once they are settled in.
Mr Taylor and Ms McColm said: "We are really pleased to be taking over this wonderful space and will continue to support local makers.
