Two paddleboarders had to be rescued after getting into trouble off the Norfolk coast.
The pair became caught battling strong winds and high tides 1,000ft from the beach in Hunstanton.
A crew from the RNLI were quickly launched, arriving at the scene in front of the crowded beach just minutes after being paged shortly before 1pm on Monday.
The pair were loaded on to the lifeboat, with both avoiding suffering any injuries.

The crew then returned safely back to their station.
The RNLI has issued advice to keep paddleboarders safe while out on the county's waters.
"A buoyancy aid, a type of Personal Floatation Device (PFD), will provide extra floatation in the water to help keep you afloat, but it will also help give you time to recover should you fall in – and chances are you will," it said.
It also suggests carrying a phone in a waterproof pouch so an alarm can be raised in case of an emergency.
