A Lowestoft man accused of strangling a woman during an attack has been banned from entering Norfolk.
Jamie Lee Hitchin, 27, appeared at Norwich Magistrates’ Court accused of the intentional strangulation of the woman in Great Yarmouth between July 27 and 29.
He is also facing an allegation of assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
Magistrates committed the case to Ipswich Crown Court with a preliminary hearing on August 27.
Hitchin was granted bail to live at an address in Lowestoft and have his movements GPS monitored to prevent him entering Norfolk.
