An abstract artist from Norfolk is giving his first solo exhibition, inspired by architecture, landscapes and music.
Paul Robins' vibrant works provide fresh interpretations of notable structures from global cities, as well as scenes from his local area.
"Unravelling Reality" will run from Monday, August 12 through to Sunday, August 18 at the Art Depot on Magdalen Street in Norwich.
Mr Robins said: “My work is inspired by the lines, shapes and colours that appear around us.
"I am particularly interested in geometric forms and shapes that appear in man made projects."
He further spoke about his working method, leaning towards realism first and then breaking things down to abstract forms.
Popular landmarks such as The Forum in Norwich, Battersea Power Station in London and Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris have all been represented through his unique abstraction.
Mr Robins spoke of his pride at participating in Norwich's rich artistic history, stating: “I am delighted to have the opportunity to be part of that and showcase my work in this way at Art Depot.”
