A hair and beauty professional who has worked for celebrity clients has opened a new salon in Gorleston.
Amber Hammond, 28, has opened Salon Eighty Three in High Street and said she is "super proud" of the launch and the "tranquil" atmosphere she has created.
Salon Eighty Three offers a range of hair services and clients can also book nail treatments, massages, aesthetics and semi-permanent makeup applications.
Ms Hammond has been working towards this moment since she got her first job as a salon Saturday girl at the age of 13.
She completed an apprenticeship when she left school and earned an additional qualification in make-up in London.

"I went to London to do a makeup course with a wonderful lady called Sarah who then asked me to be the hair and makeup manager for London Fashion Week for two years running," Ms Hammond said.
"I did hair for a few celebrities with her too - the fashion designers at Fashion Week and a couple of The Only Way Is Essex girls.
"It felt like I had made it.
"But I later realised I loved having my own clientele and decided that was the route I wanted to go down."
When she felt more established at the age of 20, she became self-employed and at 28 she finally felt content enough in her position to open a salon.
Ms Hammond said she has tried to make the salon a "friendly, calm, tranquil" place and that customers have been complimentary of the atmosphere.
"It’s exactly what I wanted so I feel super proud that I have managed to create this for everyone including myself."
