Two women and one man have been taken to hospital after being hit by a car.
Emergency services were called to Norwich Road in Attleborough at around 3.50pm on Saturday to reports that three pedestrians had been struck by a car.
Two ambulances and two ambulance officer vehicles were sent to the scene.
The road was closed while paramedics were providing care and treatment at the scene.
A spokesman for the police said they were initially concerned about serious injuries to one of the casualties.
They added that the incident was being treated as an "unintentional collision".
The road was closed and drivers were advised to avoid the area and seek alternative routes.
All three of the patients were taken to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital for further assessment and care.
