The former executive chef of a Michelin-rated Norfolk restaurant has launched his own business.
Elliot Ketley is behind the new Hello Sailor Supper Club, serving fish dishes with ingredients sourced from Norfolk and beyond.
Mr Ketley recently left Sculthorpe Mill, near Fakenham, where he had worked as the executive chef since its reopening in 2021.

The gastropub with rooms features in The Michelin Guide, with a Bib Gourmand accolade for "good quality, good value cooking".
The first Hello Sailor Supper Club event takes place at North Norfolk Cellars in Wells in August and it sold out in 24 hours.
He will soon be announcing more dates and locations, with plans to collaborate with four to five venues in total.

Mr Ketley, 53, said: "I want to bring accessible but refined fish dishes to a wider audience.
"My long-term goal is to have a fish restaurant but I want to see how the supper club goes, particularly beyond the busy summer months."
In the early 2000s, Mr Ketley was the head chef at the award-winning J Sheekey seafood restaurant in London.
