One man has had a lucky escape after becoming stranded at a nature reserve.
The man became stranded after being cut off by a rising tide at the RSPB Titchwell Marsh site near Brancaster on Wednesday.
The RNLI Hovercraft Hunstanton Flyer was deployed just after 5pm and travelled east along the coast in a search and rescue mission.

The three-strong crew managed to find the stranded man and rescue him before he suffered any injuries or harm.
He was then dropped at nearby Brancaster beach and transferred to the Coastguard's care.
