Westacre Theatre Company will be launching its summer season 'Live by the Lake' with the sixties musical, 'A Slice of Saturday Night'.
For the production, the company welcomes its 2024 Bursary Award students to the stage.
The company, based near West Acre, provides an opportunity for Performing Arts undergraduates to grow their practical skills in a professional theatre environment.
Following successful auditions in spring, students will live in West Acre from July to August.
First in line of the Live by the Lake productions is 'A Slice of Saturday Night' by The Heather Brothers.
The musical focuses on youth, love, and rebellion, set in a 1960s nightclub.
In August, the company will go back to Dickensian London in a stage version of Mark Evan’s award-winning BBC Radio 4 comedy series 'Bleak Expectations'.
Tickets can be purchased online from Westacre Theatre Company's website or via the box office, with tickets starting at £10.
The Live by the Lake events run from July to August, with more details available on the company’s website.
