A young pup who "looks like he has been through the wars" is up for adoption after being brought in by the dog warden.
Louie the lurcher is currently in the care of the West Norfolk RSPCA branch near King's Lynn.
A spokeswoman for the branch said: "He looks like he has been through the wars however remains trusting, affectionate, playful and gives the loveliest cuddles when he meets you.
The one-year-old is described as quiet, clean and tidy.
Louie loves his bed and enjoys having a nap after a walk with the other lurchers at the centre.

As he gets on well with his walking mates he could potentially live with another dog of a similar temperament.
Louie will need someone at home for most of the day while he settles and a secured garden.
He is unlikely to be able to live with cats but can live with children aged 12 years and over.
Anyone interested in taking Louie can enquire on the West Norfolk RSPCA branch website.
