A yoga instructor was stranded for almost a week in Thailand after being barred from her flight back to London.
Rosina Viscomi was set to travel from Bangkok to London via India last Thursday but was not allowed to board the flight after airline officials raised an issue with her passport.
The 27-year-old, who is also a dance teacher at The Workshop in King's Lynn, had been staying in Ko Pha Ngan since April after completing a yoga teaching qualification in India.
Miss Viscomi claims that IndiGo Airlines staff at Bangkok's Suvarnabhumi Airport refused to accept her passport due to a 'one centimetre' rip on the photo page.
The newly qualified instructor was also told that her visa had expired despite having travelled across the border to Cambodia to extend it just days earlier.
As well as this, the teacher said she was told her visa had expired and she was currently in the country illegally - despite claiming she had extended her visa just days before.

"They told me that I didn't get the right stamps and I was here illegally," she said.
"They told me India won't let me in and I need to book a direct flight from Bangkok to London.
"I had a tear already on my passport when I came here, I'm not sure if it's got any bigger, it's not that bad.
"I went to America and Jamaica with it and it was fine."
Ms Viscomi worked with the British Embassy and Thai immigration to arrange her journey home but the unexpected situation cost her hundreds of pounds.
Her sister has launched a fundraising page to help pay for the extra travel costs and she is believed to have arrived back in the UK yesterday.
