Drivers are set to face disruption on a busy road into Norwich, with major roadworks due to start.
Dereham Road, in New Costessey, will be closed overnight between Longwater Lane and Bowthorpe roundabout from Monday, July 15 to Saturday, July 20.
The closure will be in force between 7pm and 6am.
A 10-mile diversion route will redirect traffic via Guardian Road, Farrow Road, Earlham Road, Watton Road, the Norwich Southern Bypass and William Frost Way.
The closure will allow for essential resurfacing works to be carried out by Norfolk County Council.
Emergency access will be maintained at all times.
