A man has been arrested in Norwich after being spotted by officers in an unmarked police car.
An eyewitness reported seeing the unmarked car parked off Dereham Road with its blue lights illuminated while officers searched a man's vehicle.
A Norfolk Constabulary spokeswoman confirmed officers were sent to Golding Place just before 5pm on Tuesday.
They arrested a man in his 30s in connection with breaching his bail conditions.
He was taken to Wymondham Police Station for questioning where he remains.
