A new maize maze is opening a stone's throw from a Norfolk farm shop that has just doubled in size.

The Goat Shed in Honingham, located off the A47 between Dereham and Norwich, added a new butchery, bakery and deli counter at the end of June.

Owner Sam Steggles has now revealed plans for a maize maze at the site, which will open on Saturday, July 20 2024.

It will have a goat and cheese theme, with the crop currently 2ft high and expected to grow to more than 6ft in time for the launch.

Mr Steggles said: "Our customers were asking us for more things to do for families so we thought a maize maze would be a great addition."

The On The Hoof converted horsebox will also serve coffee, ice creams and other treats.
