Janie Thompson hopes to build the one-bedroom property next to her existing No 33 Cottages business at Thornham, near Hunstanton.

It predicts the property will cost £200,000 to build and bring in a profit of £33,000 a year.
A decision is expected from West Norfolk Council later this year.
