Drivers were facing long delays on the A11 due to a broken down lorry.
Police were called at 10.10am to reports of the highway obstruction on one lane of the A11 southbound near the Snetterton Circuit.
The incident was causing a holdup with slow traffic heading towards Thetford.
The obstruction was around 100 yards from the slip road at Snetterton.
National Highways was dealing with the obstruction.
