Kyran Downer, from London, supplied drugs to an undercover police officer in Norwich in 2018.

The 33-year-old supplied the officer with two wraps of crack cocaine on February 22 and crack cocaine and heroin on March 6.

He was arrested for drug supply in June 2019 after being caught not wearing a seatbelt.

He was bailed but remained "at large" until May this year after he failed to surrender to custody.

Downer appeared at court via videolink from Norwich Prison having admitted four counts of supplying Class A drugs as well as separate dangerous driving and drink driving offences and failing to surrender into police custody.

He was jailed for 50 months and handed a 42-month driving ban.

Teejay Collins

Teejay Collins fell over while drunk in her Thetford kitchen on February 16.

Police attended in response to a discontinued 999 call from the Edinburgh Way address and paramedics were also called to the scene.

Norwich Magistrates' Court heard Collins, 29, became aggressive with the emergency service workers and started biting, kicking and spitting at them.

Collins, who has 59 previous offences including 12 for violence, pleaded guilty and was ordered to pay £100 compensation to each of the six victims.

She was also sentenced to a 12-month community order requiring rehabilitation days, 150 hours of unpaid work and an alcohol abstinence monitoring tag.
