A 20-year-old student who died in a two-vehicle collision in Norfolk has been named.

Devon Wyatt was taken to Queen Elizabeth Hospital in King's Lynn after the accident on the A1101 at Emneth on Monday.

He was later transferred by helicopter to Addenbrooke's Hospital, in Cambridge, where he died.

An inquest into his death was opened at Norfolk Coroner's Court on Friday by Samantha Gowan who gave a medical cause of death as traumatic brain injuries.

Mr Wyatt was born in King's Lynn and lived in Wisbech.

Police are continuing to appeal for witnesses and further information about the crash.

The driver of the other vehicle, a man in his 60s, was also taken by air ambulance to Addenbrooke's where he remains in a serious but stable condition.

The road was closed for around four hours as emergency services dealt with the aftermath.
