A holidaymaker has died after a fall at a hotel during a trip to Norfolk.
Harold Cox, 89, was visiting the region from Newark, in Nottinghamshire, when he suffered a fracture after getting up in the night to use the toilet.
An inquest into his death, which opened at Norfolk Coroner's Court on Friday, heard he was taken to the James Paget Hospital, in Gorleston, on February 6, following the incident.
He remained there until February 25, when he was discharged to Beaumont House Hospice in Newark for end-of-life care.
Samantha Goward, the coroner, said Mr Cox, a retired packer, died the following day.
The hearing was not told which hotel he had been staying at.

A tribute from Mr Cox's family, which was shared online, read: "'We got you home dad'.
"You will be very much missed and never forgotten by your family and friends."
The coroner gave the medical cause of death as a wound infection and bladder cancer.
The full inquest is due to be held later this year.
