Police attended the scene of a crash between a car and a motorbike on Thursday afternoon.
Officers were called to the A146 at Stockton just after 3.30pm.
The road was closed in both directions and motorists were advised to avoid the area.
Queues built both ways between the B1136 Yarmouth Road and the A143.
