A weapon was reportedly pulled out during an argument after a car crash.
The row broke out between two people after a crash between a blue Ford Focus and a black Seat Ibiza - leading to the Seat leaving the road.
A weapon was reportedly seen during the incident on June 19, although no injuries were recorded.
Police were called out to the incident on Beccles Road in Fritton at 2.10pm and officers arrested a man in his 40s from Gorleston on suspicion of robbery.

A spokeswoman for Norfolk Police said: "This is a live investigation and we are still trying to understand the full circumstances."
The police are appealing for witnesses or anyone who may have seen anything.
