The founder of an East Anglian dating agency is calling for more silver singles to begin their next romantic journey.
Annabel de Capell Brooke, who lives near Thursford, launched the matchmaking agency Norfolk Cupid around six months ago.
She has since been encouraging professional people aged 35 to 85 to put themselves back out there - arranging dates for compatible couples and coaching her clients through the romantic process.
Ms de Capell Brooke said her leap into the industry has been "incredibly rewarding" but she now wants a more diverse range of clients on her books.
“I already have an extensive database but now it's a case of making sure I have enough individuals to match them with," she said.
"I have a whole host of gorgeous ladies aged 40 plus who are all looking for a special man but I don't have as many options for them as I would like.
"In some age groups, like the 70s bracket, I have plenty of men and need more women, so it is a case of welcoming more people across the board."
The former lawyer started Norfolk Cupid as an alternative to popular dating apps because she was aware professional people may be hesitant to share their personal information on a public forum.
Norfolk Cupid also offers a more personal touch, with Ms de Capell Brooke meeting every client for an in-depth interview to equip her to match them effectively.

"A lot of the people that come to me are going through this for the second or third time," she added.
"They often find putting themselves back out there daunting, especially because the dating scene has changed a lot since many of them were last looking for love.
"By creating a bespoke service like this, I can support everyone through the process in whatever way they need.
"I don't want anyone to hold themselves back because they are frightened - everyone deserves love."
In the future, she hopes to develop the coaching side of her business by offering a standalone support service to those not on her books.
