A new home is set to be built near a picturesque Norfolk beach.
A couple named as Mr and Mrs Twite in planning papers have been given planning permission to demolish an existing property on Golf Course Road, at Old Hunstanton.
They intend to replace it with a new detached house and garage.
"The proposed dwelling will have four bedrooms and one storey with rooms in the roof space," a planning statement said.

"The detached garage building will accommodate a garaging and a store on the ground floor with a home gym and store shower room above."
It adds the property will be "of a traditional form" with "a contemporary twist".
A planning officer's report says Golf Course Road comprises "a mix of dwellings in various styles". No objections were received from neighbours.
