Sally Harris, prosecuting, said Doci, who was discovered to have entered the UK illegally, was alleged to have had five clear sealed snap bags containing a white power and keys to a rented property.
Investigations led officers to a house in Constitution Hill where they located more than £35,000 worth of cocaine and almost £10,000 in cash.
Magistrates declined jurisdiction and committed the case to Norwich Crown Court with a preliminary hearing on July 10. Both men were remanded in custody.
