Just three units remain available out of the 17 on a site in one of the city’s most popular areas for warehousing, distribution and logistics.
Diamond Point has been a success story since its launch – offering something different for the city in terms of commercial units.
It is a plush new site with modern units employing the latest environmentally-friendly technologies.
Steve Winter, owner of Norfolk’s hugely successful artisan bakery firm Bread Source, is the latest to see the benefits of Diamond Point.
He has secured Unit 4, offering 3,500 sq ft, to create a roastery for his new venture into coffee.
Also leasing a unit is UK Carp Competitions – it is already a tenant at Diamond Point and has now expanded into Unit 7, which gives the business an additional 3,600 sq ft of space.
The firm, which organises online competitions to win fishing tackle and vehicles, now occupies over 8,000 sq ft in total.
It is a testament to the quality and location of the units that existing tenants are choosing to expand their operations at Diamond Point.
This leaves just three units on Diamond Point available to let; from circa 3,600 to 5,250 sq ft of space.
Brown&Co, together with JLL and Bidwells, are the joint agents for the site, owned by Northwood Urban Logistics.
Diamond Point is situated to the north of Norwich, on the corner of Diamond Road and Vulcan Road.
