A popular city brunch spot has hinted that it plans to expand after a "really positive" two years of being open.
The team behind JC Pinto in St John Maddermarket shared their plans for the business as they celebrate their second successful year in Norwich.
"We are actively looking to expand and have an idea of what we would like to do with a second premises," said Jeremy King, who directs the business alongside Corrie Cadwallader, head chef, and Jamal Utting, front-of-house manager.
"If the right place comes up then we will go for it, but we aren't going to expand for the sake of it.
"We are now exploring opening for events on selective evenings and have one under our belt, which went really well."
JC Pinto was opened in June 2022 in the former home of The Iron House, which Jeremy owned and which closed during the pandemic.

When the restaurant's former head chef Corrie returned from a stint working in Amsterdam, Jeremy saw a chance to reopen the site and start a new business, bringing Jamal on board soon after.
Despite the success of JC Pinto, the impact of the cost-of-living crisis has still been felt.

"We have suffered with increased prices over the last year or so," said Jeremy.
"The cost of utilities has gone through the roof.
"We've tried to keep our pricing very reasonable but we have to make some hard choices to survive."
The pandemic gave the team a chance to think about what they wanted to offer which would be successful.
"We aren't trying to offer all things to all men and decided to strip it back to specialise in brunch menu items.
"We are stronger now, after Covid, and very focused on what we offer.
"Our customers are really happy and we are serving food that hits the spot."
JC Pinto is open between 8.30am and 4.30pm on Fridays and Saturdays and until 3.30pm on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Sundays.
