A passenger has suffered serious injuries after a car crashed into a tree outside a Norwich supermarket.
The grey Peugeot 3008 came off Boundary Road crashing between Drayton Road and Whiffler Road, near Asda, in the early hours of Saturday, shortly after midnight.
The passenger was left seriously injured and hydraulic rescue equipment needed to be used by fire and rescue officers.

A heavy emergency service presence was seen in the area including crews from the police, fire and ambulance.
Police are appealing for witnesses as they investigate the incident.
