1. The Beach Hut

Fry-ups are served until 11.30am and brunch dishes, such as avocado on toast and a breakfast burger, are available all day.

2. J.C. Pinto

This top-notch brunch spot is nestled in the heart of the Norwich Lanes in a building that dates back more than 700 years.

From your table, you can look out onto charming Pottergate, including the Church of St John Maddermarket which was built in the 15th century.

3. The White Horse

Where: Main Road, Brancaster Staithe, PE31 8BY

This gastropub and hotel boasts stunning views, overlooking Brancaster Bay tidal marsh and beyond to Scolt Head Island.

Breakfast is available between 9am and 10.30am and options include a full English and smoked salmon with scrambled or poached eggs.

4. The Old Mill

This no-fuss café bar, established in 1982, overlooks the Norfolk Broads and there are many boat hire companies nearby. 

Breakfast is served from 9am to 11.30am and it is great value for such a tourist hotspot.

5. The Orangery Tea Room at Ketteringham Hall

Where: Church Road, Ketteringham, NR18 9RS

The Orangery Tea Room, located near Wymondham, is an idyllic spot for brunch or afternoon tea and it boasts lakeside views.

Brunch is served between 10am and 11.30am and the menu includes a sharing board, which needs to be pre-booked, complete with pancakes, pastries and homemade granola.
