Norfolk Fire and Rescue Service was called after lightning struck a property in Attleborough.
Crews from Attleborough and Hingham were sent to Church Street at 2.27pm on Sunday (May 26) following reports of smoke coming from a building.

There was no fire when they arrived but there was damage to the roof.
Crews remained at the scene until 4.53pm and the incident has now been handed over to the landlord.
Norwich to Cambridge railway lines blocked due to lightning
No one was injured and the exact location in Church Street is currently unknown.
A Norfolk Fire and Rescue Service spokesman said that the building has mixed commercial and private use.
Elsewhere, railway lines are blocked between Norwich and Cambridge after lightning damaged the signalling system at Harling Road Station.
A Met Office yellow weather warning for thunderstorms has been in force for the whole of Norfolk since 12noon today and it ends at 8pm.
